Your tasks
- Advising private clients on retirement provision and pension planning
- Analysing the personal and financial situation of clients
- Developing individual solutions in the area of vested benefits (2nd pillar)
- Conducting personal or digital advisory meetings
- Building long-term and trusting client relationships
- Independently planning and organising your consultation appointments
- Participating in team meetings and internal training sessions

- Fixed salary plus attractive performance-based commissions

- Swiss German at native level as well as French skills at least B2 level
- Driving licence category B
- Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of personal advising
