  • Monitor partner performance and quality, identify trends, and collaborate on process improvements.
  • Lead recruitment of new team members, coordinating candidate selection and interviews with Human Resources.
  • Project‑manage case progress, ensuring resolution aligns with SOPs, KPIs, and quality‑control milestones such as retraction recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior management, communications, and legal to address complicated integrity issues and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
  • Develop and deliver training on publication ethics, including in‑person and webinar formats for staff and external editors.
  • Initiate and manage projects that enhance workflow compliance with ethical policies.
  • Represent SNRIG externally, promoting its work through industry events, editorial board meetings, and governmental liaison.
