pSPT Group is an international, mid-sized group with more than 1,000 employees and sites in Switzerland, China, Singapore and the Philippines - bspecialised in the Semi-conductor space /b. /p pTo strengthen our Corporate Finance team in Lyss, we are looking for a bSenior Group Accountant (m/f/d), 100% /b. You report directly to the Head of Corporate Finance and play a central role in the group’s accounting. /p pThis is the ideal next career step for someone with solid experience in accounting or audit who wants more responsibility. You will own the consolidation of an international group and help shape how our group finance structures and processes develop. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the monthly and annual group consolidation under Swiss GAAP FER in LucaNet /li liReview and validate the financial data of our international group companies, including intercompany reconciliations /li liAct as the point of contact for local finance teams on group accounting, reporting and consolidation /li liSupport accounting and valuation questions under Swiss GAAP FER /li liCoordinate the group audit and work with our external auditors /li liHelp develop the Group Accounting Manual and the internal control system (ICS) /li liDevelop and standardize group-wide accounting, closing and reporting processes /li liContribute to group-wide finance projects and their roll-out across all entities /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent training in accounting, finance or business administration /li li3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, group accounting or audit /li liGood knowledge of financial reporting; experience with Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and/or US GAAP and consolidation is an advantage /li liExperience with LucaNet and/or proALPHA bis a plus /b /li liStrong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working /li liHands-on mindset and motivation to take ownership and improve processes /liliFluent German and English /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA senior group accounting role with real ownership /li liResponsibility for the consolidation of an international group /li liClose collaboration with our finance teams in Switzerland and Asia /li liA broad role with room to shape processes and grow /li liAn international, mid-sized environment with short decision paths /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
