Position Supervisor Logistics
Your tasks
Ensure full compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental, quality, airworthiness, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Lead workforce planning by assigning resources, managing vacation schedules, monitoring labor efficiency, and ensuring the availability of required skills to meet operational demands.
Coordinate cross-functional support and collaboration across departments to achieve operational performance and organizational objectives.
Drive employee development through effective leadership, training, coaching, performance management, and initiatives that promote engagement and motivation.
Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, regular performance reviews, structured follow-up, and accountability for results.
Promote continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, optimizing processes, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency and achieve business target.
Your Profile
Technical or logistics education, with operational and managerial experience, preferably within the aviation industry.
Strong logistics background with experience working in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
Proven ability to effectively manage manpower, resources, and team performance while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Demonstrated capability to communicate operational issues to management, provide practical solutions, and maintain a customer-focused mindset for both internal and external stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate effectively in English (minimum B2 level), both verbally and in writing.
