We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Operational Training teams at Zurich Airport.
As a
Training Program Manager
you will drive the development and delivery of high‑quality, compliant training programmes that build critical capabilities across our engine MRO operations.
Your tasks
Design, maintain and continuously improve competency‑based training programmes for technical and operational roles
Translate regulatory, OEM and operational requirements into structured learning paths and curricula
Define training standards, documentation and governance mechanisms ensuring audit‑ready compliance for all training
Oversee the translation of programme frameworks into deliverable learning solutions, ensuring trainers, SMEs and shared services have the required inputs and standards
Manage delivery of classroom, hands‑on and On‑Job‑Training activities
Monitor training KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and HR to align training with business needs
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, in Business, Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Education or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation MRO, technical training, regulatory training or programme management preferred
Proven senior‑level project or programme manager competence, ideally in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part 145, FAA, OEM) preferred and willingness to learn about engine maintenance processes, authorisation / certification requirements and to deepen technical knowledge
Experience with training programme design, competency models or LMS platforms an advantage
Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English skills (C1) required; German skills (B1) desired
