Responsibilities
Weld complex engine components, including pre‑ and post‑processing, using different welding methods
Straighten and mechanically rework parts
Support development of new welding processes
Perform self‑inspection and documentation
Adhere to safety and quality requirements
Maintain 5S discipline
Contribute to continuous improvement
Your Profile
Completed metalworking apprenticeship
Proven TIG welding experience
Precise and responsible work style
Team player with strong commitment
Willing to work 2‑shift
Very good German (minimum B2); English (minimum A2)
Basic MS Office skills
