As a
Production Planner
you will be responsible for ensuring on‑time delivery, achieving assembly output targets, and maintaining a smooth operational flow across the assembly processes for CFM56 and PW engines. Acting as the key interface between Assembly Operations, Planning, and supporting departments, you will coordinate production activities, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and drive actions to achieve output and HOT (Hand‑Over‑to‑Test) targets.
Your tasks
Monitor and optimize production schedules for engine assembly
Track engine progress and ensure adherence to key milestones and delivery commitments
Coordinate cross‑functional activities to resolve material, capacity, and technical constraints
Identify operational risks and implement recovery plans to maintain schedule performance
Analyze production data, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Lead planning discussions and provide transparent communication on production status, performance, and risks
Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other support functions to ensure production targets are met
Your Profile
Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or a comparable role
Professional experience in a technically complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
Ability to think holistically and work effectively across functions and organizational boundaries
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks, perform under pressure, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
