Your profile

Certification as a Technician (AML B1, B1&B2, or equivalent).

A minimum of 5 years in aviation maintenance or a similar field.

Proven experience in technical teaching and preferably certified as a technical trainer.

Availability to conduct training worldwide, with a readiness to travel regularly.

Self-motivated and independent with excellent organizational skills in operational settings

Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Education and/or Equivalent.

Proficiency in English and/or German, minimum Level B2, C1 preferred.
Your role:

Deliver high-quality and cost effective training at the required location using modern tools and tailored learning methods.

Prepare training materials, facilities, and documentation for theory and practical sessions.

Set clear learning objectives, monitor individual student progress, foster a supportive learning environment, and report course data to administration.

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in training product development and business-related projects, contributing to the precision of technical content.

Promote a strong safety, compliance, and continuous-improvement culture.
