We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas including Engine Line, Module Line, Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich‑Airport. If this sounds appealing to you, we encourage you to apply for our Quality Inspector position.
As a Quality Inspector you will:
Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders
Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts
Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
Work independently and think and act economically
Your Profile
Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic or from another highly mechanical/technical industry
Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage
Self‑motivated with a precise and accountable work approach
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing demands
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Good English skills (minimum B2) and German speaking is an advantage
Able to work in a 2‑shift system
