Overview
In this role, you manage planning, administration, and regulatory compliance for EASA Part-147 and Part-145 training operations. You will lead daily Training Services planning using MINT, coordinate instructors and resources, and act as MINT system administrator with interfaces to SAP, AMC, GEMS and other systems. You ensure accurate reporting, compliant records, and contribute to new training product development. Your work supports safe, efficient, and audit-ready training delivery in a global aviation context.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Plan and align internal and external training resources to meet regulatory requirements and demand
- Maintain and validate planning data in MINT, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate instructors, SMEs, and training resources, including logistics for abroad
- Prepare and close course documentation packages for internal/external training
- Act as MINT system administrator, configure workflows and interface with SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS and WebShop
- Ensure MINT as single source of truth for planning information and produce KPI reports
- Maintain compliant training records per Part-147 and manage audits/documentation
- Invigilate Part-147 examinations and manage WBT registrations and open-seat/b2c bookings
- Coordinate export-control screening of customers and maintain compliance with authorities
- Administer training certificates after completing all administrative/financial steps
- Track invoices, support reporting on operational performance and sales forecasts
- Arrange travel using Online Travel Booking tool and monitor staff travel expenses
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement of administrative activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years of MINT planning experience in aerospace or aviation training
- Bachelor in Engineering or related field
- Very proficient with MINT software
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for coordinating complex operations
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Experience in international aviation environments
- Proactive, structured, ownership mindset
- Advanced English (C1); German (B2) is an advantage
- Experience with SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS, WebShop and MS Office
