German Fluent Project Manager – Sub-Contractor Management (Remote in Germany)

💼 Energy Storage & Power Conversion | up to €90,000 fixed salary + €10,000 Bonus + Company Car

Reports to: Head of Project Management

May also collaborate with: French or Italian BESS teams

⚡ About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager fluent in German and English to lead and manage cross‑functional teams in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for large‑scale Battery Energy Storage (BESS) and STATCOM projects.

You’ll represent the business to clients, suppliers, and third parties throughout the project lifecycle — driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a remote role based in Germany, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the energy transition sector.

🔑 Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EPC project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Serve as the main contact for customers, suppliers, and authorities.
• Take full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant public regulations and permitting requirements.
• Oversee contract negotiation, execution, and management (including EPC contracts).
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed project and financial progress reports.

🎓 Your Profile

• Strong background in electrical engineering (essential).
• Project management certification is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience managing large-scale industrial or energy projects.
• Experience with Power Electronics, Controls, or Electrical Systems beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Project or SmartSheet.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
