What You Bring
- 3–5 years in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS/Analytics).
- Experience managing the full customer journey from onboarding to expansion.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving customer value.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and engage with international customers.
- Proficiency in English.
