Senior Solar Project Manager

Senior PV Project Manager - Berlin As a Senior PV Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, management, and successful delivery of photovoltaic projects. You will oversee projects throughout the entire lifecycle - from development, planning, and procurement through to construction and commissioning of solar installations. You will ensure that all project objectives are achieved in line with timescales, budget, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage external contractors and service providers, and act as the central point of contact between internal departments, customers, authorities, and other stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Independently manage and deliver photovoltaic projects, with a particular focus on rooftop installations across Residential and C I Coordinate all project phases from planning through to commissioning Coordinate and manage subcontractors and external service providers Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Conduct regular on-site visits to construction sites Review, assess, and approve technical documentation Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years' professional experience in PV project management Strong practical experience delivering rooftop PV projects across Residential and C I, ideally alongside experience with other types of PV projects Strong hands-on background with a clear focus on project execution and successful delivery Excellent ability to read and understand technical documentation, including metering concepts, single-line diagrams, and layout plans Strong knowledge of VDE 4105 and VDE 4110, with practical experience applying both standards Knowledge of construction-site health and safety requirements German language skills at C1 level or above, alongside business-fluent English Your Profile Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional project management experience, ideally within the PV sector Demonstrable experience successfully leading complex projects Strong knowledge of contract and risk management What's on Offer Challenging and varied projects within an international environment Attractive salary and additional benefits Career development and professional training opportunities Dynamic and professional working environment Salary: €75,000 + package
