Overview
In this role you will own the gearbox design for SRAM eBike and bicycle drivetrains, from concept to series release, combining deep gear-design expertise with hands-on execution. You will work in a small, fast-moving team to evaluate concepts, optimize gear trains, and collaborate with system architects, motor, electronics, and software teams. Expect hands-on prototyping, supplier collaboration, and risk mitigation to deliver robust, production-ready gearboxes. This is an impact role to shape high-volume eBike transmission solutions at SRAM.
