Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, we are looking for a Mood Manager from April 2025 until the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Event team, you will be responsible for the following topics:
- Shaping and maintaining a positive, happy, and productive work environment.
- Creating a positive atmosphere by providing support and relief, both administrative as well as in the form of food (light snacks) and beverages.
- Offering support towards the well-being of the ESC staff during the ESC event weeks.
- Acting as a link between different departments/delegations and staff, promoting open and effective communication within the organization.
Your profile
- Proven experience as a Mood / Feel-good Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices.
- A good sense of empathy and a passion for providing service.
- Flexible, proactive, and a strong problem-solving true team player.
- Good ability to work fill in punctually to provide support and a helping hand where needed.
