The SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences is a private, state-recognized and accredited university with locations in Berlin, Dresden and Hamburg. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time "Professor for Applied Mathematics and Statistics (f/m/d)" in full-time and within the framework of a permanent employment contract as of April 1, 2024.

Your duties:
- Teaching in English and German in the fields of Applied Mathematics and Statistics in Bachelor's and Master's programmes
- Relevant research in the field
- Publication and conference activities
- Participation in the further development of the BST study programmes
- Participation in academic self-administration
Your profile:
- Many years of experience in teaching and research in Applied Mathematics and Statistics
- Relevant research activities with publications in international journals and presentations at conferences
- International co-operation with universities and scientific institutions
- Experience in academic self-administration at universities
- Very good English
- Fulfilment of the requirements of §100 of the Berlin Higher Education Act (BerlHG) for professors
