A well-established general contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-quality ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) construction projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, progress reports, and invoices
• Manage site staff and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide mentorship and support to junior staff as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the ICI construction sector
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $5M to $50M in value
• Strong knowledge of Canadian construction codes, standards, and contract formats (e.g., CCDC)
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• PMP certification or related education in construction management or engineering is considered an asset
