About the Roles

We are hiring two experienced Estimators to join major data centre projects in Frankfurt:

• CSA Estimator – focused on civil, structural, and architectural elements.
• MEP Estimator – focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Both positions will play a key role in providing accurate pricing and supporting cost control across fast-paced construction environments in Frankfurt.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop pricing models tailored to either CSA or MEP project scopes.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations.
• Analyse market trends and adjust material/labour pricing accordingly.
• Support procurement and tendering with accurate, data-based cost insights.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience within industrial construction or data centre sectors.
• Proven knowledge in your relevant area (CSA or MEP).
• Experience in large-scale projects in data centre, pharma, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German not required but nice to have.
• EU passport or valid German work permit required.

Package and Benefits

• Competitive permanent salary €70,000–€95,000 plus 10% car allowance.
• Accommodation and annual leave provided.
• Initial flight to Frankfurt covered (no rotation) + travel allowance (monthly).
