We're hiring a CSA Site Manager for a flagship data centre project in Germany on behalf of a leading international general contractor.
This is a hands-on site leadership role overseeing civil, structural, and architectural works across a major mission-critical build - with full expat support and a permanent German contract.

What you'll do:
- Supervise subcontractors and site labour across CSA works
- Manage quality control, HSE compliance, and site reporting
- Liaise with Project Managers and Project Director on-site
- Control scope changes, deviations, and project closeout
What you need:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 3-5 years in site supervision, ideally on data centre or industrial projects
- Strong HSE knowledge and subcontractor management experience
- Fluent English; German is a plus
