Responsibilities – What You Can Expect from Us

• You will shape our global Security Risk Management and develop a group-wide framework with consistent standards, methodologies, and governance structures.
• You will drive the digitalisation of risk management by selecting, implementing, and continuously developing a central risk management platform.
• You will create transparency around security risks by developing globally consistent methods for identifying, assessing, and prioritising risks.
• You will embed Security Risk Management sustainably into our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and further develop standards as well as decision‑making and escalation mechanisms.
• You will provide a basis for decision‑making for management and the Executive Board by preparing KPI‑based reports, dashboards, and meaningful risk analyses.
• You will take responsibility for strategic transformation initiatives and actively contribute to shaping the further development of our integrated Security & Resilience target framework.

Qualifications and Skills – What We Need

• A degree in risk management, security management, international relations, business/economics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Security Risk Management, Corporate Security, Risk, or Resilience.
• Experience in establishing structures and processes in an international environment.
• Sound knowledge of risk management methodologies and governance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate risks into management decisions.
