Responsibilities
Lead and develop the development and digitalization team Take responsibility for the digital platform landscape and the development of sustainable, scalable software solutions Define and implement the development strategy, technical architecture, and roadmap Manage the entire software lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to release Promote knowledge sharing and employee development Collaborate closely with business departments, IT, management, and external partners to successfully implement digital solutions Evaluate new technologies and derive strategic recommendations Ensure the stable operation of central digital applications and services Qualifications
Completed education in business informatics, computer science (university of applied sciences/university), or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical product development Experience in leading, developing, and supporting employees Sound expertise in requirements analysis and in translating business requirements into sustainable technical solutions Experience with agile methods and modern development processes, such as Scrum and DevOps Strong understanding of modern software architectures, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability Very good knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server Experience with relational databases, data modelling, and SQL Knowledge of modern frontend technologies, Azure DevOps, and Git Understanding of ETL processes, reporting solutions, and cloud architectures Good business and commercial understanding Interest in modern technologies and AI applications is an advantage Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work Employee events Home-office options Free parking Business bike leasing Benefits may vary depending on the location and position.
