Minimum Requirements:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable IT education
- Several years of practical experience in the IT environment with a focus on network security and operations
- Sound knowledge of LAN and WAN infrastructures
- Good knowledge of products from at least one of the following manufacturers: HPE / Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco or similar
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working and determination
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German (at least level C2)
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and operation: Configuration, implementation and maintenance of firewall systems and WAN / LAN components
- Network analysis and support: Supporting the technical department in the network area, carrying out network analyses and troubleshooting
- System configuration: Adaptation and optimization of system configurations according to requirements
- Interface function: Support for user support in processing complex incidents and service issues
