Our company is further expanding by setting up a brand-new manufacturing site located in Switzerland. In order to reinforce our International HR department in Brügg, we are currently recruiting a motivated colleague for the position as
International HR Generalist/Specialist 100% .
Responsibilities
Managing administration for the whole life cycle of employees (hiring requests, contracts, employee letters, conflict resolution, performance issues, departure etc.), follow up with local agencies, Quality documents and Checklists.
Continuously analyze and propose efficient working processes. Update current documentation, checklists and modernize international presentation, promotion activities, etc.
Managing the recruitment process, this includes writing and publishing job advertisements, pre-selecting candidates, gathering references, establishing offer letter, lead interviews, and follow up on responding to received applications.
Register and keep updated employee data in ABACUS, assure proper filing of documents in HR employee files and database.
Prepare monthly international payroll documentation, upload payroll files for employees on a monthly basis on online portal.
Responsible for international HR KPIs and HR reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly base for HR department management, HQ etc.
Collaborate in Employee Compliancy eLearning programs for international employees, coordination of trainings. Build awareness around Compliancy Trainings.
Organize and monitor trainings (Onboarding trainings, internal and external trainings) and follow on employee individual further education requests etc.
Support in internal and external audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Lead and participate in HR projects as assigned.
Act as backup of other International HR colleagues and provide support in ongoing HR activities or other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Profile
Commercial apprenticeship or similar and completed HR further education (for example certified HR Assistant) or bachelor’s degree in business administration
Solid professional experience of ideally 3 years in International HR, experience as HR Business Partner is a plus
Very good English skills is a must, both in oral and written, French and/or German desirable, any other language is a plus
Excellent professional IT Skills (especially in MS Office)
Able to work in an international environment and in virtual teams, very well structured and service oriented, organized, and flexible
