Due to our company's continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting a professional for the position as /p pbManufacturing Engineer 100% /b /p pb(Limited from December 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2027) /b /p pbJob Description /b /p pIn this position, you will work across multiple tasks within our growing Manufacturing Team. /p ul liAssist in the development, implementation, expansion and sustaining of various lens manufacturing processes and manufacturing systems to improve productivity and product quality of STAAR ICL products. /li liApply project management skills to ensure that tasks are appropriately defined, planned and documented to ensure on-time completion. /li liAssess processes for their adequacy of methods, equipment and documentation. /li liApply statistical and analytical methods such as SPC, RR Gage and DOE /li liEstablish test methods, make observations and measurements, interpret data and write technical reports. /li liDevelop manufacturing controls and documentation /li liAcquire and qualify new tooling, equipment and processes (IQ, OQ; PQ) /li liTrain technicians and operators as necessary for protocols and procedures. /li /ul pbYour profile /b /p ul liEngineering degree as well as at least 1-3 years of working experience /li liKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical or Pharma field a plus /li liExperience in the Medical device industry as well in project management a plus /li liMother tongue German or French with excellent English skills (oral and written) /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills /li liFlexible, autonomous and open-minded personality /li /ul pbThe right decision: working at STAAR Surgical /b /p pSTAAR Surgical offers you the ideal environment to develop your career and to progress professionally and personally, within a multicultural and international company.
