Your responsibilities
Manage AR daily activities e.g. cash receipts allocations
Balance sheet reconciliations
Support with Cash Statement preparations
Booking accruals and allocations
Active participation in monthly and year-end closings and reporting
Support the team during audits
Participate in credit limits and bad debt assessment processes
Ensure compliance with business procedures (e.g. SOX, US-GAAP, etc.)
Participate in projects and process optimizations
Your profile
Commercial Finance Diploma, Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
Excellent communication in English - spoken and written
German and/or French is an asset
Very good excel skills required
Distinguished ability to work under pressure even in periods of heavy workload and high capacity
Excellent ability to communicate with colleagues, superiors, stakeholders and business partners (e.g. Purchasing team)
Min. 2-3 years of experience in the AR fields, ideally in an international environment
