ppJoin STAAR and leverage your Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM expertise to optimize processes and drive business impact. as our: /p h3Sr. Finance Business Systems Analyst 100% /h3 h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze business requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion Financials. /li liSupport General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax and Financial Reporting. /li liConfigure and support Financial Reporting Center, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence. /li liSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. /li liPrepare functional designs, configuration documentation and test scripts. /li liLead SIT, UAT, quarterly updates and production support. /li liPartner with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, and IT Security teams to ensure Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM solutions comply with SOX, IT General Controls (ITGC), and corporate governance requirements. /li liSupport Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) including Security Console, Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Financial Reporting Compliance, and Transaction Control /li liCoordinate cross-functional issue resolution and continuous process improvements. /li liTrain business users and maintain solution documentation. /li liSupport integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise systems. /li liOther duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field. /li liMBA, CPA or Oracle certifications preferred. /li li8–10 years implementing and supporting Fusion Financials. /li liFunctional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, and Financial Reporting. /li liExperience supporting SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and audit controls. /li liFunctional Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). /li liKnowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Smart View, OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Center, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. /li liExperience supporting SOX-compliant global Finance organizations. /li liStrong Finance and Accounting functional knowledge. /li liExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and mentor junior analysts. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally /li /ul h3The right decision: working at STAAR Surgical /h3 pSTAAR Surgical offers you the ideal environment to develop your career and to progress professionally and personally, within a multicultural and international company.
