On Call Hospice Nurse – 7 on / 7 off Schedule

Join AdvisaCare for this rewarding opportunity! We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family for the Grand Rapids/Muskegon areas.

Our On‑Call RN will triage patient calls, make patient visits, perform tuck‑ins, and do admissions as needed.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year of hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily and weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a call basis
