Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to build and develop our Finance organization and support STABL Energy through its next phase of growth.Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, you will strengthen financial planning, forecasting, business controlling, cash management, reporting, and Finance processes. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and use financial insights to support better business decisions across the organization.This is a business-focused Finance leadership role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the future Finance function at STABL.Your missionLead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial modellingBuild transparency around business performance through meaningful KPIs, reporting, and profitability analysisAct as a Finance Business Partner to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and the leadership teamOwn cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital managementSupport the CFO with management and board reporting, fundraising, financing activities, and strategic finance topicsDrive the development, digitalization, and automation of Finance processes, systems, and reportingLead and develop the Finance team and help shape a scalable Finance organization for STABL’s next stage of growthYour profile7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Controlling, or Finance ManagementStrong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance managementExperience with cash flow management and working capitalStrong analytical and business partnering skills, with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insightsExperience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsStrong Excel skills and experience with BI and ERP systemsStrategic thinker with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent German and English communication skills and the ability to build structures in a fast-growing environmentExperience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, renewable energy, or technology environments is a plus.A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Why STABL Energy?STABL Energy is one of the most innovative start-ups in the energy transition, ees Award winner 2022, pv magazine award winner 2025 and named a global Top100 Energy Start-up.
