What You can expect

• You will manage nephrologists in private practices and clinics.
• You will build a KOL network with chief physicians of major clinics and have a broad network in your region.
• You will convince target groups of nephrological products for IgA nephropathy and anemia management and increase sales.
• You will plan and conduct training sessions for doctors and nursing staff, including scientific publications with the MSL team.
• You will participate in national and international congresses, support customers on-site, and provide information about new scientific findings.
• You will independently manage your territory and pursue goals.
• You will optimally prepare visits, strategically plan and analyze your accounts.
• You will work closely with internal interfaces and carry out projects with specialized departments.
• You will implement the introduction of new products.

Who we are looking for

• You have a degree in pharmacy, medicine, or natural sciences, or you are a pharmaceutical consultant qualified under § 75 AMG.
• You have at least 8 years of sales experience in medical-scientific specialist or hospital field service in nephrology.
• You maintain customer relationships in nephrology, including in the hospital sector, and can strategically develop your territory.
• Ideally, you have experience with orphan drugs and are familiar with healthcare policy frameworks.
• You have experience with trade fairs and workshops.
• You can confidently interpret scientific study results.
• You work goal- and result-oriented while adhering to legal and compliance guidelines.
• You are a team player, sociable, strong in communication, and have a confident demeanor.
• You speak fluent German and good English and are willing to travel within your territory.
