As a Senior Revenue Manager (f/m/d), you will commercially manage the German generics business. You will analyze and optimize revenue, prices, discounts, volumes, and profitability, and provide data-based recommendations.
What you can expect
- You optimize revenue, pricing, and profitability of the generics portfolio.
- You analyze revenue, price, volume, and margin developments.
- You develop pricing and revenue strategies with business cases and management templates.
- You monitor market and competitive developments.
- You work closely with Tender Management, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
- You improve revenue KPIs, reports, and digital control tools.
- You support budget, forecast, and strategic planning.
- You identify opportunities and risks and derive measures.
Who we are looking for
- You have a degree or comparable qualification.
- You have professional experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial excellence, or controlling, ideally in the pharmaceutical/generics sector.
- You have analytical skills and experience with business cases and scenario analyses.
- You have excellent Excel skills; BI/analytics experience is advantageous.
- You excel in communication and stakeholder management.
- You are fluent in German and English.
