Overview
In this role you partner with TechOps leaders to shape people and culture strategy, driving development, performance and organizational change. You will lead cross-functional culture projects, support leadership and succession planning, and recruit senior roles within TechOps. You collaborate with the wider Culture & People team to ensure aligned People practices and act as a catalyst for cultural transformation. This position offers meaningful impact in a dynamic, international environment at STADA.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advise TechOps leaders on culture and people topics and provide strategic guidance on development, compensation, performance management and succession.
- Lead transformation and restructuring initiatives within TechOps and drive organizational development.
- Recruit senior management and executive positions within TechOps.
- Take on project lead or expert roles in cross-functional CP initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Analytics to ensure aligned CP support for TechOps.
- Partner with employee representatives and support complex organizational changes.
- Advise on CP policies, processes and KPI analysis for TechOps stakeholders.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years as a CP Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally in TechOps or production, partnering with senior management up to C-level.
- Experience leading change projects and shaping organizational and people development.
- Brand ambassador for STADA values and driving cultural transformation.
- Solid expertise in collective labour law, ideally including the chemical industry collective bargaining agreement.
- Thrives in a modern, dynamic culture with fast decision-making; experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
