- Manage finances and contracts: Accept responsibility for ambitious planning and its successful implementation, while maintaining efficiency by structuring and continuously developing our teams and Maintenance requirements contribute significantly to the success of the company.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Be the contact for our customers and business partners and represent our maintenance business unit.
- Manage and optimise projects: Responsible for maintenance projects from planning to implementation, ensure smooth organisation of processes and continuously improve our processes.
- Team leadership and personnel planning: Ensure that our maintenance facilities are efficiently managed and coordinated and support you in making strategic decisions.
- Process monitoring and audits: Monitor and audit our processes, initiate suitable measures in the event of deviations and ensure health and safety at work.
- Drive innovation: Initiate and implement special projects and system developments, identify and exploit synergies and actively contribute to the further development of our Service unit.
How you will contribute
- Successfully completed studies in the area of railway vehicle technology, industrial engineering or similar.
- Multiple years of professional experience in management and development of maintenance organisations in a dynamically growing environment.
- Fluent in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
