In this role you align customer requirements with the generic product and produce project-specific system documentation for CBTC projects. You configure sub-systems, support installation and commissioning, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure bids and projects meet customer needs. You work across bid teams and internal groups to deliver tailored rail signaling solutions. Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Align customer requirements with the generic product and create project-specific system descriptions
  • Produce project-specific documentation (Interface Specifications, customer manuals, release notes, BoM)
  • Configure CBTC sub-systems per system requirements and project characteristics
  • Support assembly, installation, test, commissioning, homologation and other project activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Contribute to bid teams to complete the technical part of bids ensuring alignment with customer requirements

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Completed technical education in electrical, mechanical or computer science engineering (ETH/TU/FH) or comparable training
  • Several years of project experience in Railway Signalling
  • Knowledge of Railway Signalling principles and practices (CBTC and/or mainline Interlocking)
  • Experience in Requirements management with IBM Doors Next Generation (DNG)
  • Fluent English and French (spoken and written); German is a plus
  • Team player, independent, goal- and solution-oriented
