Responsibilities
Configure and customize CWS applications according to customer requirements and product standards
Create and maintain project documentation, including system descriptions, interface specifications, user manuals, and release notes
Coordinate and track system engineering activities with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure technical consistency, system integration, and compliance with project requirements
Support commissioning activities, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution both remotely and on-site
Monitor operational systems, analyze incidents, and drive corrective and preventive actions
Contribute to bid and tender activities, product improvement initiatives, and the continuous optimization of engineering processes and tools
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering, systems, or technical project environment
Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and software-based systems
Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
Strong willingness to learn and thrive in a complex engineering environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel (approx. 20–40%)
