- Lead the technical and commercial project management of ETCS onboard system integration projects.
- Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from handover by Sales through to the end of the warranty period.
- Ensure achievement of project objectives related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities to ensure successful and timely project execution.
- Manage and coordinate all project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, internal teams, and partners.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, opportunities, changes, and project dependencies.

How You Will Contribute
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably within the railway or transportation industry.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of railway standards and regulations (e.g., TSI CCS, UNISIG) is an advantage.
- Experience with ETCS onboard systems or railway signaling is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with a high level of ownership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Fluent in English; German and additional languages are an asset.
- Willingness to travel (10-25%).
