The plum town of Bühl (around 30,000 inhabitants, nine districts) is a gateway community to the Black Forest National Park, situated between the Rhine, vineyards and mountainous area. A comprehensive range of educational, cultural and leisure facilities, good public transport connections and the Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden airport make Bühl an attractive place to work, live and relax. As an important medium-sized center, the town of Bühl performs a wide range of tasks. Our Digitalization and Information Technology department currently consists of 10 employees and is responsible for the municipal IT and digitalization of the city of Bühl. We independently operate an IT landscape with around 400 workstations and numerous IT processes. An open working atmosphere, cooperation at eye level and a flat hierarchy are a matter of course for us. For our Digitalization and Information Technology department, we are looking for the earliest possible date for a IT SYSTEM MINISTRATOR (f/m/i) FOCUS ON 1ST AND 2ND LEVEL SUPPORT YOUR TASKS: Processing and resolving IT faults and service requests as part of IT support. Supporting employees with technical questions and problems on site, by telephone and remotely Documentation and tracking of support cases in the ticket system. Installation and configuration of workstations, peripheral devices and software. Collaboration in the planning and implementation of IT projects, such as rollouts of new systems or expansion of the IT infrastructure. YOUR PROFILE: Training as an IT specialist in system integration (f/m/i) or comparable knowledge and skills. Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and in the Office environment. Ideally, you also have good system knowledge of Powershell, group policies, Exchange and Veeam. Experience in IT support, ideally in a municipal environment. Strong service orientation and communication skills. Structured and solution-oriented way of working and enjoy working in a team. Good written and spoken German skills are required.
