The Age and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for elderly people through Spitex and in the five senior centers.
For Spitex Stadt Winterthur, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual for the morning, evening, and night shifts starting from February 1, 2027, or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Ensuring the care process for our clients
- Taking on case responsibility
- Analyzing complex care and support situations
- Clarifying and coordinating necessary internal and external services
Your Profile
- Qualification as a dipl. nurse HF/FH
- Experience in Spitex preferred
- Independent and responsible working style
- Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
- Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver's license
