Responsibilities
- Risk management and compliance at corporate level within the FINMA regulatory framework, collaborating with external deputy head Risk & Compliance, regulatory auditor and foreign AIFM business partners and service providers.
- Preparation of data and reports in view of the annual regulatory audit in line with FINMA’s specifications.
- Ongoing updating of the control system and of the corporate directives
- KYC processes and risk analysis for new clients and business partners.
- Member of the Investment Committee (veto right).
Qualifications
We are looking for a strong personality who is motivated, organized and capable of working
in a dynamic environment. To fit into our team, you will have strong analytical skills, pay great
attention to detail and be able to work independently. Passion for sustainability and impact
matters is a plus.
- A university degree or equivalent with at least 8-10 years relevant professional experience, of which 3-5 years ideally in a comparable position in international asset management, preferably Alternative Investments / Private Equity.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with problem-solving abilities and broad-based operational experience.
- A constructive, diligent and well-structured approach to work and high reliability, excellent interpersonal skills and highest integrity.
- Practical, proactive, flexible and delivery-focused team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent written and oral skills in German and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
