Responsibilities
- Preparation, execution and follow‑up of payroll accounting, taking into account wage tax, social insurance, tariff and civil servant regulations.
- Point of contact for management and employees regarding payroll issues.
- Payroll of supply recipients.
- Creation and maintenance of personnel master data and digital personnel files.
- Correspondence with health insurance funds, sickness insurance, tax office and other authorities.
- Handling the registration and certificate system.
- Processing topics such as maternity protection, parental leave, household help, unpaid leave including related correspondence and reporting.
- Definition and creation of wage types in collaboration with the software house.
- Handling absenteeism.
- Assisting in the optimisation of personnel‑management systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship; an apprenticeship as a personnel specialist is desired.
- Several years of relevant experience and hands‑on knowledge in payroll, wage tax, social security and related legal areas.
- Knowledge of TV‑V and TV‑N tariff agreements is desirable.
- Experience with the PAYROLL software OK_PWS from AKDB is an advantage.
- Strong cross‑functional thinking, communication skills and service orientation.
