As part of our tech stack, we are using: React.js, Typescript, Kotlin, Go, Java, MongoDB, Terraform, Docker and Playwright, to name a few.

What you\’ll be doing

• Responsible for improving and developing both our web-based clients, and our RESTful web services
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team and produce high-quality and tested code
• Give and receive valuable feedback in our code review process and continuously learn and share knowledge with your peers
• Being open to feedback and taking ownership of your work are essential
• Take ownership for the topics you care about, ranging from the features you produce over the quality of our work to the environment we work in
• You work iteratively, frequently pushing code, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline, and automating where possible

What you need to be successful

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passionate about the things you build and want to make a difference
• You are a Fullstack Engineer with experience in React.js and ideally React Native, on the backend you have experience in Java/Kotlin and/or Go
• Ideally, you have worked with MongoDB, Terraform, Docker before and have an understanding of REST and Microservices, next to that, you are passionate for Test Driven Development
• Proficient knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Focused on quality, testability, security, and documentation
• CI/CD and automation experience
• Preferably, you have worked in an agile environment before
• Good English communication skills
• You are a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding and appreciative diversity and inclusivity in the workplace

What you\’ll get

• Competitive Compensation – we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan). Employees receive units (based on job level) that have no initial value, but will crystallize upon an exit event and turn into cash. An exit event is a public listing of Staffbase or an acquisition by another company
• Flexibility – we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of €1560
• Growth Budget – all employees get a yearly budget for external training of €1000, and one day off for growth per year (increase to two days in 2nd year)
• Recharge – with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August
• Wellbeing – Monthly Wellbeing Allowance €35, from fitness to mental health, hobbies to relaxation
