We are looking for a Senior Organisational Development Manager to design and execute three strategic talent programs at Staffbase: Top Talent, Diverse Talent, and Young Talents. This role offers a high degree of ownership and creative freedom to craft immersive, impactful, and experiential programs that shape the future of our organization. You will work with external vendors, manage program logistics and participants, and influence senior stakeholders to drive our talent agenda forward.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and deliver innovative, high-impact talent development programs for Top Talent, Diverse Talent, and Young Talents.
  • Create engaging, experiential learning journeys tailored to different talent segments and business needs.
  • Ensure programs align with company values and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify talent needs, gain buy-in, and ensure program alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the talent agenda within the organization.
  • Identify and collaborate with external training providers, coaches, and consultants to deliver world-class program experiences.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and alignment with Staffbase standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of talent programs, including planning, participant selection, communications, and execution.
  • Monitor program impact, track outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize program ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with program participants, providing guidance and fostering an environment of growth and inclusivity.
  • Implement strategies to ensure participants feel valued, challenged, and supported throughout their development journey.

What you need to be successful

  • 8+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related roles, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful programs.
  • Experience managing diverse talent initiatives and working with global teams is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for designing engaging and experiential learning experiences.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
  • Culturally aware and inclusive, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging.

What you\’ll get
