Overview
In this role, you will partner with Front Office to provide post-trade support across a broad range of Financial Markets products, ensuring seamless processing and risk control. You will drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives in a global, collaborative setting. The position offers exposure to FX, Rates, Options, ETD, and OTC, with opportunities to shape operations and governance across regions. You will help scale operational excellence by partnering with Technology, Compliance, and Control functions, contributing to a high-impact transformation agenda.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Serve as primary Operations contact for local Trading and Sales desks and advise on post-trade support
- Manage post-trade activities across the full trade lifecycle and resolve trade/client queries
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operating models; drive automation with Technology
- Build relationships across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Control functions
- Support audits and maintain regulatory awareness; uphold governance standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Solid experience in Middle Office, Operations, Trade Support, or Financial Markets Operations
- Knowledge of FX, Rates, Options, ETD, and OTC products
- Understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle
- Experience mitigating operational risk and handling complex issues
- Track record of driving process improvements and efficiency
- Experience in international or matrix organizations (advantageous)
- University degree preferred and German language skills strongly preferred (advantageous)
