Shape the future of our HR landscape in a key international role! We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded professional to lead and develop our Compensation & Benefits across all SP countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the C&B across all SP countries
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Take responsibility for HR KPI-reporting
- Lead and implement global C&B related projects
- Manage the annual compensation review process including benchmarks
- Oversee senior compensation packages, promotions
- Advance HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure compliance and integration with the global HR strategy
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, Audit, and external partners
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or similar
- 5â8 years of experience in C&B and HRIS, ideally in an international setting
- Committed teamplayer who works with dedication on her/his field of expertise
- Expertise in MS Office (esp. Excel), SAP
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Intercultural competence and experience with international teams
