We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Project Reporting Specialist (m/w/d) to support progress tracking and reporting within an industrial construction project in düsseldorf.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Excel-based progress tracking tools and reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate project progress data from site teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports and project status updates.
- Monitor work progress and identify deviations from planned targets.
- Ensure accurate data management and structured documentation.
- Extensive experience in industrial plant engineering is required
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or industrial projects.
- Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- A structured, organized, and detail-oriented working approach.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Experience in progress tracking, project reporting, or project controls is an advantage.
