For a large-scale industrial project, we are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to support and oversee HSE activities on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site
- Conduct regular safety walks, inspections, and HSE audits
- Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE standards, procedures, and regulations
- Identify potential hazards and support the implementation of appropriate preventive measures
- Monitor and supervise high-risk activities on site
- Support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE briefings
- Document HSE observations, non-conformities, and follow-up actions
- Work closely with the Project, Construction, and HSE teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HSE supervision within construction or industrial environments
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects
- Fluent English and German is mandatory
- Strong safety awareness with a proactive and hands-on approach
