Your mission

To build, expand and lead the Frontend Engineering team responsible for building a state‑of‑the‑art mission management software for STARK’s unmanned systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Frontend development team in close coordination with backend and UI/UX;
• Advise program lead on frontend considerations and create plans for execution;
• Build up Frontend engineering team;
• Create user interface for complex mission management software;
• Formulate tickets from overarching stories;
• Create an easy‑to‑learn, reliable, and attractive user interface;
• Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems;
• Constantly challenge requirements to determine what adds value and what does not;

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science or a similar relevant field;
• 8–10 years of experience in Frontend development;
• Experience leading a team of software engineers;
• Building a team from scratch will be considered a huge plus;
• Experience leading projects end‑to‑end;
• Expert use of TypeScript;
• Experience in automotive and/or defence industries;
• Prior experience working with 3D user interfaces, AI assistance or AR/VR implementation is considered a plus;
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment;
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement;
• Ability to travel as needed;
