Your Mission

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and workflows that enable efficient deployment, monitoring, and scaling of machine learning models.

Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for processing large volumes of data, ensuring efficient data flow for model training, testing, and inference.
2. Build and manage automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring, enabling seamless transitions from development to production.
3. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of machine learning models and data pipelines into production systems.
4. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve products and processes.
5. Identify, understand, and solve complex technical problems through detailed analysis.
6. Evaluate requirements critically to determine value-added activities and eliminate inefficiencies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience with MLOps tools such as DVC and ClearML.
3. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and cloud platforms.
4. Some experience or knowledge in Computer Vision.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
7. Effective communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
8. Adaptability to a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
9. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
