  • Resource & Capacity Planning:Work closely with the Battery Team Lead to ensure that engineering talent is deployed where it has the highest impact on the program’s success.

You understand the nuances of military requirements or complex systems integration.
  • Military/Defense Context: Familiarity with defense procurement processes, NATO standards, or previous experience in a military environment is highly valued.
  • Mindset: You are a "Force Multiplier." You possess a strong sense of ownership and a "mission first" attitude. You seamlessly navigate the matrix structure between PMO and the technical IPT.
  • Structure: High proficiency in modern PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, MS) and a proven ability to bring order to high-velocity R&D environments.
  • Methodology: Proven track record of applying agile or structured project management methodologies to complex physical products.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English and German. You can hold your own in a technical design review and provide a concise briefing to the central PMO and C-level.
