Viva Wallet is looking for a qualifiedSales and Marketing Support Manager to jointhe Viva Wallet Team inGermany (Berlin). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting theCountry Manager, the Marketing and the Sales Teams (Fieldsales & Telesales) with various tasks and will be responsible for the CRM Tool too.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced Sales / Sales Support and Marketing professional with some experience from the sector / segment and with the willingness to enable the sales teams to concentrate on selling our products and services.
More specifically, as aSales and Marketing Support Manager you will:
- SupportCountry Manager,Marketing,Teamleads,Field Salesand TelesalesExecutives
- Responsible for all CRM related tasks
- Manage Leads and Accounts in CRM
- Identify new leads and ad all relevant information to the CRM
- Enter and update customer data and other relevant information in the CRM system
- Execute account assignments toTelesalesRepresentative andFieldsalesExecutives
- Support the preparation of the necessary sales material (presentations, scripts, folders etc.)
- Manage stock of the POS devices
- Support regarding other administrative tasks and projects at theViva Wallet GermanyOffice inBerlin
- Manage marketing activities and campaigns, cooperate with the marketing department
- Promote team spirit and be committed to constant learning and improvement
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- Minimum 2-3years ofexperienceandexpertise in aB2Bsales/ salessupport, marketing positionideallyinthe same or similarmarketsector /segment
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Resiliency and the ability to handle a high workload in afast- pacedenvironment
- Relevant UniversityBA degree and preferable a relevant Master degree
- Excellent use of the German andof the English language
- Competitiveadvantagetheexperience inB2Bsalesine-payments/digital payments,FinTech, Neo Banking, Digital Banking,e-commercesegmentsetc.
