- Monitoring of automated trading flows and execution of corrections as well as possible financial incidents
- Customer support and problem solving related to order management
- Contact person for operational implementation of customer requirements
- Optimization of operational business processes (e.g. increase of automation rate, implementation of new strategic trading flows)
- Support in the further development of the IT infrastructure
- Support of such further developments as an operational expert, leading implementation (test preparation, execution & monitoring)
- Implementation of regulatory requirements into the relevant trading infrastructure
What You Will Be Responsible For

Additional Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship, alternatively a degree in economics or comparable apprenticeship
- Very good MS Office skills (focus on MS Excel) as well as strong technical understanding (VBA would be a plus)
- Business Fluent in German and English
- Interest in working in a dynamic and international team
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as good analytical skills
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
- Initiative and very good communication skills
